Maddy Marchese - Maddy has loved immersing herself in the adventure of balancing motherhood with directing a business. Now, she just needs to figure out when she can squeeze in some riding time!
Frank Marchese - A hardworking dynamo, Frank has been having a blast taking over the reins of the business and embracing the experience!
Jodie Rouget - For over a decade now, Jodie has worked at NRG as "Jill of all Trades". She loves her job as it is so diverse and also means she can bring her horse to work when product trials are needed.
